Business Litigation Associate

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our litigation practice group, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and challenging cases.

What You'll Be Doing :

• Manage and oversee a broad range of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, analyze cases, statutes, and legal precedents to develop effective strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in hearings, trials, mediations, and negotiations.

Desired Background :

• Licensed to practice in Ohio
• 3-7+ years of experience as a business litigation associate handling breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, business divorces, business torts, real estate, zoning issues, employment issues related to the company and more
• Experience representing clients in all aspects of litigation including negotiations and settlement agreements.
