AKA NYC seeks a Director, Commercial Strategy & Insights who is commercially minded and combines strategic vision with executional excellence. The ideal candidate thinks like a producer, acts as a business partner, and leads with entrepreneurial drive. WHAT YOU'LL DO :

• Lead commercial strategy for key accounts, aligning marketing, pricing, and sales activity with revenue goals.
• Develop and manage forecasts, pricing models, and sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
• Oversee audience segmentation, ticketing, and revenue management to maximize occupancy and average ticket price.
• Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
• Serve as a trusted commercial advisor to senior stakeholders and agency leaders.
• Inspire and mentor teams, fostering commercial acumen and a culture of curiosity and accountability.

The salary range for this position in New York, NY is $100,000 to $130,000 per year.

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and years of experience. A discretionary bonus may be provided as part of the total compensation package.
