Data Entry Pharmacy Technician
We are hiring Full-Time Data Entry Pharmacy Technicians at our Columbus, OH long-term care pharmacy location!
People with an attention to detail willing to work in a fast paced work environment have been successful in our long-term care pharmacy.
Position : Experienced Data Entry Pharmacy Technician (FT).
Position Overview :
- Specialty Rx is a Long-Term Care pharmacy providing pharmaceutical services to long-term care facilities and assisted living communities.
- Specialty Rx takes pride in delivering personalized care and quality pharmacy services.
Pharmacy Technician-Data Entry Responsibilities :
- Enter new orders for staff pharmacist review.
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate customer information.
- Generate labels for dispensing.
- Answer phones and respond to order inquiries.
- Clarify orders as needed.
- Triage incoming faxes.
Pharmacy Technician-Data Entry Requirements :
- Registered & Certified Pharmacy Technician with OH Board of Pharmacy preferred.
- Previous experience in pharmacy desired.
- Knowledge of brand names and generic medications.
- Ability to work independently, accurately, and efficiently.
- Must be multi-tasking and reliable.
- Knowledge of SIG-Codes.
- Quick typing skills.
- Computer literate, knowledge of Frameworks LTC system, PLUS.
