Our programming includes intensive care management supports for families and adults, Crisis Stabilization programming,Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) for individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness, Child First for young children and caregivers, integrated co-occurring Intensive Outpatient treatment, individual and family therapy, medication management (including MAT), peer support, supported employment / housing, and holistic recovery services for mental health and substance use disorders.

Position Summary
The HR & Compliance Coordinator supports the Human Resources and Compliance functions by ensuring that employee records, training programs, and onboarding / offboarding processes are efficiently managed and compliant with internal and external regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple systems including BambooHR, QuickBooks, Google Classroom, Violet, and the Learning Management System (LMS).
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Pre-Hire
Coordinating 2nd round interviews with Supervisors and Team Leads.Initiate and monitor the pre-hire process, ensuring all required documents, references, and background checks are completed.Organize and maintain onboarding documentation for new hires.Coordinate benefits enrollment and communicate plan details to employees.Manage data entry in Paragon systems for new employee setup.Employee Records & Compliance
Maintain staff files, ensuring all licenses, certifications, and training records are current for Paragon staff and partner organizations.Track and record updated vaccines and compliance documentation.Support compliance data sorting and report preparation for audits or internal reviews.Collaborate with leadership to ensure timely renewals of professional licenses and credentials.Training & Learning Management
Coordinate annual training schedules and ensure completion.Support ongoing education initiatives and verify that all staff meet required training deadlines.Generate reports and maintain documentation for compliance and accreditation purposes.Payroll & Benefits
Assist with payroll preparation and verification, ensuring accuracy in employee data.Facilitate benefits enrollment and changes during onboarding or qualifying events.Support final pay processing and manage completion of separation forms for departing employees.Coordinate BambooHR offboarding tasks to ensure a smooth transition.Reporting & Data Management
Prepare reports and metrics on compliance, training completion, and workforce trends.Maintain organized digital and physical personnel records for quick retrieval and audit readiness.Qualifications
Education : Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).Experience :2+ years of experience in HR administration, compliance, or training coordination.
Working knowledge of BambooHR, QuickBooks, Google Workspace, LMS platforms, and Violet (or similar systems).Strong organizational and data management skills with high attention to accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, credentialing, immunization tracking).Experience managing training programs or compliance audits.Intermediate Excel / Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.Language Skills : Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.Job Details
