Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a HR Operations Project Lead to join their team. As a HR Operations Project Lead, you will be part of the Human Resources department supporting various teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : HR Operations Project Lead

Location : Hoboken, NJ (100% onsite)

Pay Range : $50 to $70 per hour w-2

Duration : 6 month contract

• Lead and manage HR projects to ensure timely and effective delivery aligned with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and process improvements.
• Support change management efforts and facilitate communication across departments.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
• Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
