As anInsideSales Representative, you’llserve as the liaison betweenoutside sales,partners within the organization, and existing customers.
You'll be responsible formanaging customer orders, communicating with customers regarding out-of-stocks and substitution options, strengthening customer relationships, utilizing e-Commerce technologies, scheduling exception deliveries,determiningcredits for customers when appropriate, and moreYou'll help them to achieve their goals and, in return, yours! Must Be Bilingual.
Fluent in both English and Spanish Required.
Pay : Starting pay $ 25. Hour based on experience.
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

High school diplomaor equivalentrequired
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
Two years of previous customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
Bilingual Preferred reading and writing in Spanish preferred
