Staff Accountant

A well-established and rapidly expanding property management firm is seeking a Staff Accountant or Senior Staff Accountant  to join its collaborative and mission-driven team. Must-Have Qualifications :

Experience preparing full financial statements (cash flow, income statement, balance sheet)

Strong understanding of both cash and accrual accounting methods

Proven ability to maintain accurate general ledger records and perform reconciliations

Proficiency with accounting software and Excel / Google Sheets

Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience with property or real estate accounting

Background in public accounting or working with multiple entities / clients

Familiarity with AppFolio or other property management systems

Exposure to cash flow projections and financial forecasting
