What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate for this General Manager role should have:
  • 2–3 years of experience as a General Manager in fast-casual or quick-service settings.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
  • Strong leadership skills and a passion for team building.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience managing budgets, inventory, and staffing with precision.
  • A commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
  • A ServSafe certification (preferred, but not required).

Your Responsibilities:
