We are seeking a team-oriented Senior Project Accountant, with a demonstrated ability to thrive with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate billing instructions with project managers, prepare monthly client invoices in compliance with individual contract requirements
• Prepare monthly invoices along with support documentation
• Primary contact with client / owner and consultant accounting personnel
• Maintain digital project billing files in compliance with contracts
• Manage all aspects of projects related accounts payable
• Responsibility for accounts receivable management
• Provide support to project managers on project financial transactions and metrics
• Draft consultant contracts in coordination with project managers
• Responsibility for managing timekeeping records for billing purposes

Starting annual salary ranges are targeted at ($78,000 – $95,000). Please note that with pay equity analysis, starting salary is based on the experience stated on your resume / application. Mahlum employees are eligible for annual discretionary bonus compensation in addition to salary.
