As a Conversion Project Manager, you will manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring accurate, timely, and efficient data conversions that align with project goals and best practices. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the conversion process, collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues, and provide strategic guidance to position clients for long-term success. Accountabilities

• Guide clients through the full conversion journey, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule.
• Manage a full portfolio of client projects, monitoring timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Facilitate client communications through check-in calls, virtual meetings, and status updates.
• Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve data anomalies or issues through revision requests.
• Evaluate, document, and escalate client concerns, providing actionable solutions to maintain conversion success.
• Maintain high standards of client satisfaction with timely delivery and accurate data migrations.
• Proactively troubleshoot and make decisions on common to complex conversion challenges to ensure smooth project execution.
