We are excited to continue expanding our presence in Florida and are currently seeking a full-time exempt Store Manager to lead our vibrant team at The Mall at University Town Center Sarasota. This on-site position reports directly to our Director of Retail.

As Store Manager, youll bring a thoughtful, hands-on approach to daily operations and client engagement, creating memorable experiences for our loyal and discerning clientele.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Store Manager at ViX Paula Hermanny, you will :

• Lead the store team in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Develop and execute personalized clienteling strategies to build lasting customer relationships
• Hire, train, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with the ViX Paula Hermanny brand experience
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management, staffing, and scheduling
• Ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards and seasonal guidelines
• Host in-store events and styling appointments to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
• Analyze and drive store performance and local market trends to optimize business results
• Partner closely with E-commerce and Marketing teams to align on promotional strategies and brand initiatives.
