Synertex LLC is seeking qualified candidates for a Training and Development Specialist (SME) role in support of a mission-critical program. This position is contingent upon contract award. The SME will design, implement, and evaluate training programs to ensure personnel are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed in secure environments.

Responsibilities :

• Plan, develop, and implement technical product or system training programs for employees and field support personnel.
• Obtain information from stakeholders and subject matter experts to prepare lesson plans and training materials.
• Design product demonstrations, develop course content, and coordinate creation of training aids.
• Conduct training sessions, workshops, and demonstrations, and evaluate effectiveness of training programs.
• Continuously revise lesson plans to reflect new requirements, policies, and technologies.
• Facilitate execution of training programs within cost and schedule constraints.
• Monitor training costs and prepare reports to justify expenditures.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to junior trainers or facilitators.
