ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Training And Development Specialist to join our team in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia (DMV) area. In this role you will design and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance. This person may analyze training needs. This role involves needs assessments, curriculum development, and training delivery using various methods, as well as ongoing evaluation and improvement of training programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Design, develop, and conduct training and development programs to improve individual and organizational performance, aligning the training to the customer mission and needs for the NOSC NCCS contract
• Lead and execute functional, performance, and continuing professional expertise for customer and team members
• Collaborate with the functional areas, Knowledge Management, and stakeholders to refine the training to optimize the learning experience, maintaining the course material in a designated location for ease of access and self-paced training
• Develop, support, and document analysis of required training and improvement of training program coordination recommendations for approval as needed
• Create, maintain, and track contract personnel training compliance and maintenance of required certification providing status and detail reports on a recurring basis and as needed
• Develops, updates, and maintains comprehensive onboarding programs for new hires and continuous learning opportunities for experienced staff
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members
• Some travel may be required
