We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Technical Writer to join our AI product team. You’ll be responsible for creating clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for both internal and external audiences. Your work will include product documentation, API reference material, tutorials, release notes, and developer guides for AI / ML systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and synthesize technical information from engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
• Write, edit, and maintain high-quality documentation : user guides, API docs, integration guides, SDK docs, system architecture overviews, FAQs, and release notes.
• Create tutorials, walkthroughs, and sample code to help users understand how to use features and APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, QA, UX, support) to ensure documentation is accurate and aligned with product changes.
• Translate complex technical concepts into content that is clear and accessible to various audiences (developers, non-technical users, business stakeholders).
• Manage documentation versioning, maintain consistency across documents, and ensure timely updates with product releases.
• Review and provide feedback on developer comments, code comments, and technical proposals to improve clarity.
• Work with localization / internationalization teams to produce documentation for global audiences (if applicable).
• Ensure adherence to documentation standards, templates, style guides, and editorial best practices.
