Job descriptionHigh school diploma / GED required; college or technical degree preferred Basic cardiology knowledge required; experience in cardiology or cardiac devices preferred Proficiency in electronic communication tools and database systems Experience working effectively in a remote environment preferred Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy with customers
A company is looking for a Patient Communication Specialist to support patients and cardiology clinic customers in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with their implanted cardiac device remote monitors through calls and follow-ups
- Adhere to compliance guidelines and manage scheduling for remote monitoring
- Track and maintain accurate records of patient interactions and data management
