Key Responsibilities
Provide scheduling and logistical support for interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Communicate interview details and logistics to enhance the candidate experience
Assist in showcasing the employer brand through advertising materials and event logistics
Required Qualifications
1+ years of coordination experience supporting Recruiting or Human Resources teams
6+ months of experience in an administrative support role
Competent with MS Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel
General understanding of talent acquisition and human resources concepts
High School Diploma or equivalent required
