Senior Manager of Planned Giving

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Planned Giving.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage a pipeline of planned giving prospects, including various gift types

Cultivate and steward legacy gifts from individuals and advisors while nurturing the Legacy Society

Design and implement a comprehensive planned giving program and marketing campaigns to enhance donor engagement

Required Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in planned and major gift fundraising, preferably in conservation or environmental sectors

Deep understanding of estate planning, tax law, and planned giving vehicles

Strong organizational skills and experience using donor databases

Self-starter with a strong conservation ethos and commitment to equity and donor stewardship

Willingness to travel (10-15%) for donor meetings and events
