What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target manufacturing sectors
  • Lead the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, product demonstrations, proposal creation, and contract negotiation
  • Conduct consultative discussions with quality, operations, and IT stakeholders to understand process challenges and tailor solutions
  • Collaborate with Software Trainers and European HQ to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent customer experience
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, customer events, and industry conferences
  • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Experience in B2B sales, account management, or other customer-facing roles, ideally within a manufacturing, quality, or technical environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable engaging with engineers, managers, and decision-makers
  • Willingness to travel domestically approximately 50%; a valid driver's license is required
  • A consultative, service-oriented mindset focused on helping customers find practical solutions
