The Role

Entegris is seeking a Digital Product Manager responsible for the stability and availability of all of our digital platforms, including the management of our partners and vendors, to ensure the best digital experiences.

In this critical role you and the Digital Operations team will collaborate closely with Digital, Corporate, Solutions , and Field Marketing functions, as well as stakeholders across the organization to facilitate projects to support Entegris' digital platforms.

This position will require strong collaboration and effective communication across all functions , with an emphasis on supporting marketing efforts .

The Digital Operations team also governs all processes and procedures that deliver change s to MarTech platforms. This role has the flexibility to operate either hybrid or fully out of the Billerica, MA office.

In this role you will :

Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of digital products, ensuring alignment with business goals, user needs, and market trends to drive the success of the website and overall digital presence.

Manage and strategize the product roadmap for the public website and MarTech stack.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and co-author business requirements into actionable enhancements , ensuring the effective implementation of digital strategies to optimize website performance and user experience.

Lead a dynamic team of high-performing digital operations business analysts .

Assist in web strategy and planning

Manage the delivery of multiple digital marketing focused projects .

Work with stakeholders to define project scope , requirements, and coordinate the project team, support functions and external partners .

Track timing, milestones and budget of individual projects .

Creat e and facilitate test plans (QA, UAT, & r egression testing) for fixes or new functionality to be implemented .

Supervise website performance and site health through web monitoring tool s .

Support multi-device website development, SEO, Social Media , personalization and marketing automation programs in partnership with other business functions or third party vendors .

Monitor existing processes and make recommendations to improve current processes that impact deliverables .

Manage the operation of the Content Management System (CMS) including workflows and governance for all website properties .

Mange the day-to-day relationship of the Web Managed Services Provider and internal IT teams.

Create and maintain documentation and authoring guides for task s performed by both the digital team and key stakeholders .

Traits and working experience we believe make a strong candidate :

At least 6-8 years experience in a related role

Confident, professional team player who must be able to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization , including leadership.

A motivated, self-starter, willing to roll up their sleeves and do what's right for the business and our customers .

Website management and maintenance, and strong technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), SAP Commerce (hybris), JIRA , and Confluence.

Working knowledge of CMS usership and ability to populate content into existing templates as needed , while teaching users how to leverage new functionality developed.

Experience managing scrums and agile product management frameworks

Experience in digital marketing activities such as SEO, SEM, social media and marketing automation , as well as the technologies / systems that support the channels

Familiarity with analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA4) , and their respective tagging technologies (Adobe Tag Manager, Google Tag Manager).

Strong project management experience and skills required

Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under aggressive timelines in a dynamic fast fast-paced environment while maintaining communication and attention to detail

Strong communication skills and a bility to navigate across multiple BUs forming fluid working relationships

Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to independently navigate area of unfamiliarity , and at times ambiguity

Willingness to work non-traditional hours, nights and weekends , to support web dev efforts

Ability to travel globally, as needed

CSM OR PMP Certifications a plus
