Softengine, Inc. is looking for an Acumatica Consultant to join our team.
Job Description :
We are seeking a meticulous Acumatica Consultant to join our dedicated team. As an Acumatica Consultant at Softengine Inc.
you will be an integral part of our Professional Services team, ensuring successful implementations of ERP solutions, specifically based on Acumatica.
Key Functions :
- Lead and manage Acumatica module implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Analyze client business processes and requirements, and recommend best practices for implementing Acumatica functionalities.
- Configure and customize Acumatica to meet client's requirements.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal teams on Acumatica functionalities.
- Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues and risks related to ERP implementations.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in ERP solutions, specifically Acumatica functionalities.
Requirements
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in implementing ERP solutions, specifically Acumatica.
- Strong understanding of business processes in various industries.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues in ERP implementations.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Acumatica certification is a plus.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Strong technical problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in customer support role. Familiarity with Zoho or similar ticketing systems preferred.
