Washington DC Salesforce Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst / Configuration.

Key Responsibilities

Gather requirements and perform Salesforce configuration and testing

Support user acceptance testing and provide post-deployment support

Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce.com (SFDC) systems implementation experience

Salesforce Administrator Certification

Experience with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud

In-depth knowledge of the Grants Lifecycle and processes

Must be a US Citizen and able to pass a background check
