Sales Leadership

  • We have multiple levels of leadership start from a Leader In Training and advancing to an Assistant Manager or Management Trainee. We hire our Store, Area and District Managers from within, the Management Training Program is your path to becoming a Store Manager.
  • A sales leader will enjoy working directly with the Guest recommending, selecting and locationg merchandise based on Guest needs.
  • Leaders will support store management with recruiting, training and development.
  • Contribute to the overall sales strategy of the store including visual merchanding, sales demonstartion and coaching, and sales floor coverage.

Sales Teammate

  • Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently prepared to provide legendary service to each Guest.
  • Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
  • Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.

Operations, Freight, and Store Support

  • Operations Managers: Managing promotions and ensure signage is displayed appropriately. Complete pulls and markdowns Help with the hiring and onboarding process
  • Freight Coordinators Compare and verify merchandise invoices to items received to ensure that shipments are correct Send orders to Guests via FedEx Check accuracy of freight packing slips and transfer slips
  • Store Support Complete Guest Transactions by operating the Point of Sales Assist operations manager as needed. Maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store.

Visual Merchandising

  • Partner with store leadership to discuss and plan store layouts
  • Create design flow of the merchandise including product rotation and markdown placement
  • Educate the reasons driving visual strategies to Buckle leadership.

Seamstress/Tailor

  • Use Buckle provided sewing machine and supplies to perform alterations.
  • This position typically works 2-5 hours per week.
