Rebrandly is the world's most trusted link management platform, processing 3 billion user interactions per month for enterprise brands like MetLife, NBA, Volvo, Zillow, and Versace. This is your opportunity to own the financial operations for a profitable, high-growth martech SaaS business.

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Controller to be a core leader in our lean finance team. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role is a critical, hands-on position responsible for the complete financial operations of our US-headquartered, SaaS business, which has international operations in Ireland and Italy.

This role is fully remote in the US. Compensation : $160,000 to $180,000 / year USD

What You'll Do

1. Global Accounting & Financial Operations

• Financial Reporting & Month-End Close : Own the entire monthly close process, ensuring a timely and accurate closing of the books. This includes creating and maintaining the close calendar, preparing and approving significant journal entries and reconciliations, performing detailed flux analysis, and preparing month-end financial statements.
• Technical Accounting : Ensure compliance with US GAAP and maintain strong technical accounting knowledge to properly handle complex areas like SaaS revenue recognition for multi-year contracts.
• Operational Accounting :
• Accounts Payable & Receivable : Oversee the end-to-end management of AP (including weekly payment batches and expense reports) and AR (including collections strategies and managing aged reports).
• Cash & Banking : Manage bank reconciliations, and implement controls over banking procedures.
