Job description

A company is looking for a Senior Sales Strategy Business Partner to drive innovation and operational excellence in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of annual sales plans and strategic initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Optimize sales processes and present recommendations to enhance sales productivity and effectiveness

Oversee forecasting accuracy and performance management through structured business cadences and insights delivery

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Sales, GTM Strategy, or Sales Operations within the technology or real estate sector

Advanced expertise in analytical and visualization tools such as Excel, SQL, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and Tableau

Strong analytical skills to analyze complex business challenges and provide actionable recommendations

Experience in cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Marketing, Finance, and Product

Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and influence executive decision-making
