The Opportunity
Prepare training materials and deliver content to employees to improve their skills and knowledge. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure trainings created and administered are compliant with Agency standards and alignment with Agency objectives.

Work Arrangement
This role will require 3 days / week in the office. The hours for this role are 7 : 30am-4 : 15pm CST Monday through Thursday, and 7 : 30am-12pm CST on Fridays
Starting Salary
The starting salary range for this role is between $64,000 and $96,000 annually, depending on experience.
Your New Role
- Design, assemble, update and present employee trainings and materials using recognized training techniques and tools
- Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training and on-the-job coaching
- Identify training needs and map out learning and development plans for individuals and teams
- Monitor effectiveness of training by analyzing individual or group performance results
- Collect feedback on existing training sessions and make improvements to content and presentation
- Contribute to training program designs and enhancements
- Schedule, create and administer training videos and testing for new hires
- Maintain knowledge of carrier, system, underwriting and insurance processes and changes
- Ensure employees are updated and kept current on company procedure and latest changes
- Collaborate with department leaders on training needs agenda to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Gather manager feedback and evaluate staff to identify needs and ensure appropriate training content is available
- Collaborate with people at different levels within the organization; work closely with Marketing and Underwriting on upcoming RMA changes
- Interpret RMA material and construct communications that articulate changes / messages in an easily understood manner suitable for presentation to a variety of customers with different knowledge levels
- Ensure employees are updated and kept current on company procedure and latest changes from Risk Management Agency
Education & Experience
Required EducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Compensation Package
The salary range for this role is provided above. This is the national range for listed locations. The salary offer will be decided based on role complexity, location, and the candidate's background, including education and experience. Eligible employees may participate in QBE's annual discretionary bonus plan based on business and individual performance.
