Test Lead - Manual

A company is looking for a Test Lead - Manual.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct functional and exploratory testing, analyzing business requirements and drafting detailed test plans

Lead the complete Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) process, ensuring timely delivery and quality of deliverables

Manage defects using tracking tools and coordinate with project teams on release-related activities

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in Manual testing

Expertise in the STLC process and familiarity with domains such as BFS, insurance, telecom, or healthcare

Strong knowledge of SQL queries and experience with test management tools like JIRA and HP ALM

Educational qualification of BE / B. Tech in any specialization

Experience in Agile methodology
