The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in event management and sales, with the ability to develop strong relationships with clients while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the logistics of events from inception to completion, including venue selection, catering, and vendor coordination.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the planning process.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and venues to secure the best pricing and services for events.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions.
• Create budgets for events, managing expenses and ensuring events are delivered within financial parameters.
• Assist in the design and implementation of event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
