What you'll do :

As our HR Services Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting associates and ensuring smooth HR operations. You'll be responsible for :

• Workers' Compensation & Claims : Process reported claims, communicate with adjusters, and guide associates through the process.
• Payroll Administration : Support weekly payroll processing, maintain accuracy in records, and provide backup processing support.
• Benefits Administration : Assist with medical, dental, life, and retirement plans; answer associate questions; and manage benefit record updates.
• HR Team Support : Back up recruiting efforts during busy periods and maintain HRIS systems (UKG).
