Job Position

Position Summary... What you'll do... Workload Planning & Scheduling : Balances assignments across the modular execution team to ensure efficient resource allocation. Sequences tasks to meet milestones with quality and timeliness. Coordinates the day-to-day orchestration of relay execution, including timelines, dependencies, and resources. Execution Oversight & Standards : Act as a subject-matter expert on modular execution standards and walkthrough practices. Provides hands-on consultation to associates to ensure consistent, high-quality execution. Tracks progress, surfaces risks, and removes blockers to meet deadlines and quality expectations. Cross-Functional Communication : Translates analyst and leadership needs into structured execution plans. Maintains clear updates, risks, and decisions throughout the execution lifecycle. Absorbs coordination complexity to allow analysts to focus on insights and strategy. Continuous Improvement & Team Development : Captures feedback and key performance indicators from each relay to refine planning and repeatable practices. Mentors associates and creates growth pathways for high-performing team members. Supports a culture of operational excellence and learning.

Key Skills : Modular execution and planogram literacy Project coordination and risk communication Coaching and team development Use of digital inputs to influence modular decisions Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.

The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications... _Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position. If none are listed, there are no minimum qualifications._ Option 1 : Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 2 years' experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution. Option 2 : 4 years' experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated coordination ownership.
