Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a proactive and skilled Marketing Analyst to join our team remotely. This role involves comprehensive management of marketing activities, from creating content calendars for contractor communications to managing multiple marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage a content calendar for various communication channels including emails, social media, and newsletters, in collaboration with our PR team.
• Coordinate with internal and external creative agencies to create marketing collateral.
• Utilize internal project management tools, like Workamajig, to handle marketing projects efficiently.
• Oversee the review and approval process of marketing materials, ensuring compliance with legal, product, and brand standards.
• Use Salesforce to send emails and analyze campaign performance to refine future marketing strategies.
• Maintain and update content on dedicated professional landing pages in partnership with digital agencies.
• Support the PR team in initiatives related to skilled trades involvement, reputation management, and event promotions.
• Manage and track marketing initiatives for contractor benefits, promotional codes, and new partnerships.
• Assist in organizing and executing trade shows and skilled trades events, including material preparation and event logistics.
• Develop and distribute marketing tools to enhance contractor relations.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a demonstrated ability to manage projects across various channels.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent collaboration skills with experience in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel occasionally (less than 5 times per year).
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.

Additional Responsibilities :

• Lead the strategy and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple domains, such as digital marketing, direct marketing, and B2B.
• Engage in the strategic planning and local implementation of marketing initiatives.
• Oversee the creation of marketing materials from inception through production, coordinating with third-party agencies.
• Optimize content for search engine visibility and user engagement, potentially managing SEO-related tasks like keyword research and backlink optimization.
• Serve as an internal expert on specific marketing areas and consult with internal and external stakeholders to enhance marketing efforts.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
