Key Responsibilities
Engage prospective students via phone, text, and email throughout the enrollment process
Guide students through initial enrollment steps and document interactions in Salesforce
Provide personalized guidance to help students make informed educational decisions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in a team environment and using call center software
Prior experience in education or consultative sales preferred
Ability to navigate multiple systems and technologies, including CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated flexibility and understanding of complex organizational structures
