What You'll Do

Own and review general ledger accounting, journal entries, and account reconciliations.

Support month-end and year-end close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Assist with financial statement preparation and provide insights to management.

Help design and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership to improve accounting accuracy and efficiency.

Manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Leverage NetSuite to streamline workflows and enhance reporting capabilities.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and special projects as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or progress toward certification is a plus).

3-6 years of accounting experience, ideally in manufacturing or a product-based industry.

Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP strongly preferred.

Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting principles.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
