Civil Litigation Paralegal

Temporary or Temp-to-Hire

A well-regarded Miami law firm is seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Paralegal for a long-term temporary assignment starting ASAP. This role could potentially become permanent if it's a good fit for all parties.

The firm would like someone who can commit through November 21st, with longer term possible depending on fit.

About the Role : The paralegal will support attorneys through all stages of litigation, including trial preparation, case management, discovery, and document production.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage cases from filing through trial, including depositions and hearings
• Review, organize, and summarize medical records and depositions
• Draft and respond to discovery requests
• Communicate with clients, experts, and vendors
• Prepare legal documents, witness files, and exhibit lists
• Coordinate large-scale document productions
• Maintain organized case files and provide timely updates to attorneys
