Administrative Personal Assistant to the CEO / Owner
Job Type : Full-Time
Salary : $37,500-45,000 + / - commiserate with experience

Description :
The Personal Assistant is responsible for assisting Sr. Management with a wide variety of tasks.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Type, format, and edit reports, legal documents, and presentations.
- Entering data, maintaining databases, and keeping records.
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel, and showing arrangements.
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining a calendar, and sending reminders.
- Preparing contracts, amendments, and other paperwork for real estate transactions.
- Finding and tracking sales leads. researching property and other prospecting duties.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- Exceptionally detailed and organized.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Advanced note taking, typing, and record-keeping.
- Ability to be flexible.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Education / experience .
- College degree or 3+ years of administrative experience.
