Key Responsibilities

Engage in proactive prospecting to identify potential employee benefits clients

Prepare tailored quotes and proposals, effectively communicating the value of employee benefits offerings

Collaborate with account executives to review clients' insurance coverages and manage client relationships

Required Qualifications

2+ years of client service or sales experience

Associate degree in Sales, Business Administration, or equivalent experience

CA Life & Health License

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Flexibility to occasionally work nights and weekends
