What's the opportunity?
Our Sales Development organization is the engine behind Intercom’s growth, both as a revenue driver and as a talent pipeline. We identify and engage prospects across SMB, mid‑market, and enterprise segments, guiding them through the earliest stages of the sales journey.
We’re looking for an AI Sales Programs Manager to help us redefine the future of prospecting at Intercom. This is a pivotal role that sits at the intersection of sales innovation, AI technology, and operational excellence. You’ll have the opportunity to shape a brand‑new function, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to drive meaningful impact on pipeline and revenue growth.
In this role, you’ll report directly to the Head of Sales Development, play a key part in Intercom’s AI strategy, and be empowered to experiment, innovate, and scale new approaches to outbound engagement.

Benefits
The OTE range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $153,000 – $182,750. Actual pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
