Overview :

We are actively seeking a trial-ready litigation paralegal to join our team in Costa Mesa,CAlocation (just off the 405). You will be a key player on our team, providing the essential support needed to ensure our legal processes run smoothly.

Our paralegals are integral to our case teams, appreciated for their ideas and contributions. We offer a casual, fun, and collaborative office environment with excellent opportunities for mentorship. This position is hybrid, allowing for a balance of work-from-home and in-office workdays.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of documents
• Work with attorneys to keep litigation advancing in each case - regularly updating team members on the status of cases and alerting attorneys to important client and case needs
• Assist attorneys with discovery, including discovery requests, depositions and issuing subpoenas
• Assist with document review and analysis through various platforms
• Manage electronic case files using a document management system (iManage)
• Prepare for and attend trial (compiling trial materials, coordinating witnesses, preparing and issuing trial subpoenas, preparing and managing exhibits)
