Accountant

We are seeking a Accountant who wants to be part of our success and join our commercial property management team. If you are enthusiastic with a great attitude and looking for full time work in a professional, property management environment, then this is the place for you!

Accountant Responsibilities :

• Monthly invoicing for tenants, customers for multiple real estate properties
• Process accounts payable
• Print checks and mail upon receiving signature
• Answering vendor inquiries in place of management
• Processing of bank deposits
• Responsible for bookkeeping for sizable real estate portfolio
• Conduct financial research into opportunities to increase revenue / decrease expenses
• Variation analysis – identify and implement process improvements
