Opportunity at a Glance
The primary focus of this position is the support of the maintenance of the HRIS in addition to other systems supported by the HRIS team.
This position serves as a technical point of contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesSystem Maintenance and Support (35%)
- Ensure data integrity in all HR systems and maintain organization structure
- Assist in review, testing and implementation or HRIS upgrades. Identify areas of impact and educate the impacted HR team on enhancements and document changes and results
- Research, identify and resolve HRIS data issues and process flaws
- Maintain vendor contact and communication
Projects / Process Improvement (30%)
- Collaborates with and consults with internal clients to ascertain system needs and requirements
- Build project plans and schedules
- Researches best practices and trends in HRIS and recommends process and service improvements
- Creates and maintain job aids and HR systems procedure documentation
Reports / Queries / Analysis (25%)
- Create, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries
- Develop reports for ongoing customer needs
- Analyze and compare data from different sources to draw conclusions
Training (10%)
- Creates presentations, user guides and documentation for new HR system enhancements
- Develop and conduct training to end users on HR system
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Complies with all policies and standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Required
- 4+ years Previous HRIS experience Required
- 3+ years Cornerstone experience Preferred
- Self-starter with the ability to handle projects and deadlines
- Strong computer proficiency : Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be detail-oriented and good organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with various teams
Additional InformationIn support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $47766.
34 and $86253.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training;
