Senior Product Development Specialist (Port Washington)

About the Role :

Dashing Diva is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Product Specialist to help execute and manage the New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle. This role offers opportunity to take ownership of NPD projects and contribute to our product pipeline strategy, lifecycle management, and launch execution to ensure sustainable growth.

The Product Specialist will partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors / agencies to bring innovative products to market while maintaining business strategy. What You Will Do :

NPD & Product Lifecycle Management (40%)

• Manage the end-to-end NPD lifecycle : concept ideation, feasibility, testing, development, validation, launch, and post-launch evaluation.
• Support product lifecycle planning, including phase-ins and phase-outs, ensuring overall product portfolio health.
• Contribute to building the product pipeline, aligning consumer insights, competitive benchmarks, and business needs.
• Develop and maintain BOMs, packaging, and product benefits / claim documentation.
• In-depth competitive analysis and deliver consumer insights into actionable NPD opportunities.
