Sr. Director of Optical Omni Experience
As a key member of Walmart's Optical team, the Sr. Director of Optical Omni Experience is focused on delivering a seamless, connected experience for customers and associates across all digital and physical touchpoints including app, web, telehealth, and in-store interactions. This role provides technical leadership and innovation oversight across the Optical ecosystem including AI integration, system connectivity, and device enablement within Vision Centers. You will work from our Bentonville, AR offices and report to the Vice President of Optical for Walmart U.S.

The annual salary range for this position is $160,000.00 - $320,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
Minimum Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field and 6 years' experience in engineering, project management, supply chain, operations management, or related field OR 10 years' experience in engineering, project management, supply chain, operations management, or related field. 4 years' of supervisory experience. 2 years' experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualifications : Corporate Strategy, Innovations, Working on cross-functional teams or projects
