Are you a strategic sales leader with a proven track record of building high‑performing teams and driving revenue growth in a technical, engineered‑product environment? Our client, an established and steadily growing U.S. manufacturer with a strong reputation for quality and long‑standing customer relationships, is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead sales strategy, organizational development, and market expansion.
What You’ll Lead
- Own the full commercial strategy including revenue planning, go‑to‑market structure, territory design, and key account strategy
- Lead, develop, and mentor a strong sales team
- Partner with operations, engineering, and executive leadership to support growth, new product introductions, and margin improvement
- Identify new market opportunities while deepening existing customer relationships
What We’re Looking For
