Position is Mon. - Fri. in office approximately 20-30 hours per week
Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, this position is responsible for a variety of Human Resources recruitment and retention functions including administrative support to the human resource operations, effective sourcing and recruitment of Redlands Community Hospital positions and related background investigations, new hire processing, job postings and advertising assisting the department with special projects assigned. This position will provide back-up to the front desk as needed.
