Summary of Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clubs, addressing inquiries and resolving membership issues in a timely manner
• Receive and process all membership changes and billing issues
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information in the company's database or CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve account discrepancies, billing issues, or membership concerns.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on membership activity, billing, or other relevant metrics.
• Support any other tasks and duties assigned by leadership to support the corporate office.
