Senior Finance Manager - Windows Ecosystem
Microsoft's Windows Ecosystem Finance team is looking for a Senior Finance Manager with solid analytical and communication skills, business acumen, and thought leadership to join the team working to drive long term strategy and success for Windows and Surface. You will have the opportunity to engage directly with the engineering teams building Windows and Surface and data scientists deriving insights from our large install base.
This cross functional role will partner with the Windows and Surface teams in engineering, finance, marketing, and business planning to evaluate product initiatives, create frameworks to drive growth, and bring alignment across all the various teams. You will have the opportunity to use data, product knowledge, and business knowledge to directly influence features built into Windows.
The Senior Finance Manager role sits on the Windows Ecosystem Finance team which owns Windows Post Sale Monetization (PSM), Ecosystem Health, and Long Range Planning (LRP). Our goal is to increase Microsoft's service attach (including Game Pass, Microsoft 365, Search, Ads, News, and Commercial services) across the ecosystem, shape the Windows and Surface devices portfolios, and to deliver exciting and meaningful customer experiences across the Windows platform. The ideal candidate should thrive on complex challenges and create clear, data-driven narratives for executives.

Required / minimum qualifications :
3+ years experience leveraging data insights and financial frameworks to influence product features and drive growth.
Additional or preferred qualifications :
Financial Analysis IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $96,500 - $188,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $123,500 - $206,400 per year.
