Requirements

Members of our Central Operations team provide centralized business support to our Field Operations department. An example of responsibilities may include :

• Vendor management and virtual property management
• Develop strategy for new verticals
• Support the broader Operations division in delivering an exceptional guest & owner experience by elevating our quality standards and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track and move key metrics including responsiveness, operational costs, overhead costs, and customer satisfaction (CSAT and NPS)
• Work closely with our Product & Engineering teams to leverage technology to improve our core KPIs and outcomes.
• Drive cost savings initiatives across cleaning, maintenance, and other recurring property service providers
