Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. This position is located in our Lafayette, LA or Knoxville, TN office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the full candidate lifecycle. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
. Entry of candidate records; use technology including the Applicant Tracking System to keep accurate and complete records
. Prepare and Generate offer letters
. Support background investigations and security clearance processes
. Coordinate interviews and manage calendars for hiring teams
. Arrange candidate travel and expense reimbursements as needed
. Coordination of onboarding activities in collaboration with our processing team
. Ensure compliance and accuracy through meticulous documentation and record-keeping
. Provide administrative and programmatic support, including meeting coordination, collateral preparation, file maintenance, audit assistance, and ad hoc projects
. Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to efficiency initiatives
. Act as a liaison and escalate issues to recruiters or management as needed
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. Associate or bachelor's Degree preferred - experience in HR or Recruiting environments may be accepted in place of degree
. Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support roles
. Strong written and verbal communication skills
. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
. Strong time management skills

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $31,.00 - $63,.00.
