Accounts Payable Specialist

This is a confidential search for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join a successful team at our client in the Marietta area. Excellent benefits and a hybrid schedule after a short training period!

Responsibilities include :

• Review for proper approval, coding, data entry of all check requests, vendor invoices, and expense reports
• Prepare for check runs and review with controller
• Month end reconciliation of AP ledger to general ledger
• Research as needed for excellent vendor relationships
• Prepare 1099's
• Advise the Controller with unusual problems for help in resolving
• Cross Train and provide back up to Accounts Receivable Specialist
• Special Projects as assigned by the controller.
