Were looking for a coach with athletic or teaching experience (preferably working with kids ages 12 months11 years). Coaches lead classes focused on brain, physical, and character development using our evolving monthly curriculum and engage parents in understanding the why behind what we do.
Typical Hours :
Weekdays : 9 AM11 AM and evenings until 7 PMWeekends : 8 AM12 PMFlexible scheduling and opportunities for additional hours through private parties and special programs.
Experience as a pediatric OT / PT is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
Lead fun, high-energy classes (615 kids, ages 111) following the KidStrong curriculum.Maintain class flow and timing; greet families before and after each class.Deliver energetic, motivating instruction while ensuring proper form and safety.Keep the center clean including floors, lobby, restrooms, and equipment.Record attendance, awards, and class data in the KidStrong Coach App.Communicate professionally with team members via Slack and attend staff meetings / training sessions.Complete certification and ongoing training through the HQ Training Team (FranConnect).Be physically active throughout shifts moving, lifting equipment (up to 25 lbs), and assisting children as needed.Support parents during classes for children under three years old.Participate in monthly staff programming meetings and seasonal Coach KidStrong Academy camps.Qualifications
Genuine passion for working with kids non-negotiable!Prior experience coaching or teaching young children preferred.Strong communication skills with both children and parents.Intermediate understanding of exercise, movement, and body mechanics.CPR certification (or ability to obtain).Positive, energetic, self-motivated team player who thrives in the spotlight.If youre ready to help kids win at life and be part of an incredible communityapply today!
