Requirements for the HVAC Service Technician : Experience Matters : Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC systems, with sales experience highly preferred.

Certifications : Possess valid EPA certification, with OSHA or NATE certifications considered a plus. Technology : Service Titan experience preferred.

Customer-Centric : Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must. Team Player : Ability to work in various settings and participate in on-call rotations with a positive attitude.

Physical Stamina : Physically capable of lifting to 50+ pounds and working in challenging environments. Clean Record : Maintain a clean driving record and successfully pass a background check.
